NCRPO chief directs men to take service feedback seriously, address deficiencies

QUEZON CITY, (PIA) --National Capital Region Police Office (NCRPO) chief Police Brigadier General Jose Melencio C. Nartatez, Jr. directed his men to seriously take feedback, address the deficiencies noted and fortify the strong points to build on strengths as they are committed to provide the best quality of police service to the people in the metropolis.

Nartatez said the Metro Manila police force commits to providing the best quality of public service through the continuous upgrade of their capability to address the emerging demands of public safety, as well as improve their frontline services.

He also told police officers to take note of suggestions and resolve the requirements and concerns to obtain a better result for the evaluation.

I am confident that we will be able to reach our aim of maintaining our position as an ISO-certified organization with our combined efforts and hard work. May we never forget that nothing that is truly excellent is ever attained without planning, perseverance, and dedication,” said Nartatez.

He added that the NCRPO is committed to the Philippine National Police (PNP) initiatives and lobbying efforts to raise the bar for police service in line with the PNP Patrol Plan 2030 not only through building the best organization possible to uphold the law but also building a better system for governing its citizens which is aligned with the PNP chief’s five-focused agenda that will lead the organization toward a more effective and efficient police force.
