QUEZON CITY, (PIA) -- The construction of additional housing projects in the cities of Pasig and Navotas is now underway, according to the National Housing Authority (NHA).

Based on the official plan of the NHA, two low rise buildings with five floors each will be built in Barangay Sta Lucia, Pasig City.

The two said buildings will consist of 108 units for poor families in Metro Manila.

It is also part of the construction of five other additional buildings that will provide a total of 420 housing units for poor families.

As for Navotas City, 24 buildings will be built in Barangay Tanza. Each building is five stories high.

It is expected to provide some 1,440 housing units, the NHA said. (PIA-NCR)
