QUEZON CITY, (PIA) -- The Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) announced the suspension of the number coding scheme on August 21, 2023 (Monday).
The temporary suspension of the number coding scheme is in observance of the death anniversary of former Senator Benigno ‘Ninoy’ Aquino, Jr.
