Joint personnel of the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) Isabela Provincial Office, Santa Maria Municipal Police Station, and Isabela Police Provincial Office – Provincial Drug Enforcement Unit, arrested the suspect identified by the PDEA as Jayson Balabbo.
The reports of PDEA also showed that the suspect is an entrepreneur and a resident of Barangay Poblacion 2 in the said municipality.
The suspect was arrested after selling 10 pieces of heat-sealed transparent plastic sachets containing suspected ‘shabu’ weighing more or less 2 grams with an estimated market value of P13,600 to one of the operatives who posed as buyer of illicit drugs.
Also confiscated during the said operation were cash in different denominations amounting to P20, 635, and a Realme cellphone.
