QUEZON CITY (PIA) – The City Government of Taguig and the National Historical Commission of the Philippines (NHCP) sign a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) that would pave the way towards the digitalization and publication of a book entitled, “Taguig, Our Probinsyudad.”
Taguig City Mayor Lani Cayetano and NHCP Chairman Dr. Emmanuel Calairo signed the MOA on Thursday, September 14 at the Conventional Hall, New Taguig City Hall Building.
The “Taguig, Our Probinsyudad” book lays out the history, challenges, and growth of Taguig towards a modern and progressive city.
In his message, Dr. Calairo, an author and researcher, underscored the importance of the public’s continued interest in culture and tradition.
For her part, Mayor Cayetano expressed her excitement in sharing the book with her constituents.
