18 government agencies provide services in One-Stop-Shop of civil service in Cam Norte

DAET, Camarines Norte --A total of 18 government agencies provided their respective services at the One-Stop-Shop, benefitting over 800 clients from Sept. 13 to 15, at SM City Daet.

The activity was spearheaded by the Camarines Norte Council of Human Resource Management Practitioners (CNCHRMP) in partnership with the Civil Service Commission (CSC) in line with the celebration of the Philippine Civil Service Anniversary (PCSA).

Among the services provided include  a refund of the payment for the year 2020 exams and queries of examinations of the CSC; IEC distribution of the Philippine Information Agency (PIA); verification of medical records, issuance of Member Data Record, PhilHealth ID, and Konsulta registration of the Philippine Health Insurance (PhilHealth); and application of fire safety certificate of the Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP).

Other participating agencies also rendered their services: Technical Education and Skills Development (TESDA) provided scholarship registration; condonation program of National Irrigation Administration (NIA); advocacy for the free documents for first-time job seekers, referral to employees, labor issues and concerns of the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE); national ID registration and civil registration information of the Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA); and inquiries to Camarines Norte Water District/Prime Water Camarines Norte (CNWD/PWCN).

The Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) answered tax inquiries;   the Land Transportation Office (LTO) assisted students to get their driver’s license, including student registration while the Department of Science and Technology (DOST) expounded on their Small Enterprise Technology Upgrading Program (SETUP), regional standard and testing laboratories, one expert and scholarship program. 

National Irrigation Administration (NIA) deliver service for the condonation availment of a client (front table) and also other agencies with respective services.

The business name registration was provided by the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI); PAG-IBIG entertained queries on housing and Multi-Purpose Loan ; inquiries for the clearance of the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI); various contributions to Social Security System (SSS); employees recruitment of Bureau of Jail and Penology (BJMP) and selling of pastries of LGU-Vinzons.

Earlier on Sept. 13, during the opening program, Vice Governor Engr. Joseph Ascutia delivered an inspiring message to the participating agencies during the activity.

CSC Acting Director Atty. Alicia P. Salinas and CNCHRMP President Magdalena B. Toledana during the closing program both thanked the heads and representatives of the government agencies who participated in the said activity.

SM City Daet Assistant Mall Manager Tellah Vlenda A. Macaro expressed her gratitude to the agencies for delivering their services  directly to the public.

She is also eyeing for another One-Stop Shop in next year’s CSC activity.

A certificate of Collective Negotiation Agreement (CNA) registration was awarded to the local government of Paracale, San Lorenzo, Talisay San Vicente, and also to Jose Panganiban Water District during the closing program (RBManlangit-PIA5/Camarines Norte)
