He said his predecessors have done so much to make 1st CPMFC the Best Provincial Mobile Force Company from 2019 to 2021 nationwide and the Best Mobile Force Company in Police Community Relations (PCR) nationwide in 2021 and 2022, and during his stint, the WIN mantra will help them sustain all these gains.
"To realize this mantra, the 1st CPMFC must first fully perform its obligations and functions. Personnel from this unit, as public servants, must serve the people with honesty and devotion, especially the poorest and most vulnerable, without counting the cost or expecting anything in return," the commander said.
"The outcome of wholehearted paired with innovative services would be notable or outstanding. Hence, the objective result is for all of us to win—to win the hearts and minds of the public as well as to win its cause, which will lead to a more peaceful environment to live and do business," he added.
The force commander also underscored that the company's partnership with stakeholders and other national government agencies must be sustained in order to strengthen their anti-insurgency, anti-terrorism, and anti-criminality campaigns.
The need to have a good platform to disseminate the many good projects and advocacies of the 1st CPMFC should be given priority, as PMaj Casaway emphasized "that these projects are useless if not widely disseminated".
"We have to advertise or market our cause. Kahit gaano kaganda kung walang nakakaalam, useless ang mga ito," he said.
Among the existing projects of the company are:Project CASI (Comprehensive Assistance for Students and Indigenous People); OPLAN CAST AWAY (Criminality, Abrasive Situations, and Terrorism—AWAY); 1st CPMFC’s Team Asintado; 1st CPMFC’s Team Sakalam; and PROJECT CASI Series 2 (Collaboration/Collection and Analysis of Synchronized Intelligence Information).
On the other hand, the force commander also lauded the commitment of each member of the Company Advisory Group (CAG) in helping them reach out to more people through the conduct of various community outreach programs. (MDCT//PIA Cagayan)
