The said request was also approved by the Barangay Council of Bonifacio under Resolution No. 10, series of 2023. Quoting an excerpt from the said resolution, the Sangguniang Barangay expressed that they “recognize the task and programs of the Philippine Army to combat all enemies who wish to destroy the freedom and independence of the Filipino people.”
