To join, interested must send their entry taken from Oct. 1 to 12 to the Department of Tourism 6 emailat dot6.tdd@tourism.gov.ph on October 12, 2023, not later than 3:00 P.M.

The photo can be taken using either a professional camera (DSLR) or a mobile phone camera and should be submitted raw or unedited. If the entry has been edited or manipulated, this shall be automatically disqualified.

Judging of the photos will be done on October 20 to 21 based on the following criteria: adherence to the theme (30%); creativity/originality (20%); composition/arrangement (20%); technical quality (20%); and overall impact (10%).

Aside from trophies and certificates, the top three winners will receive cash prizes
