QUEZON CITY, (PIA) -- The Office of Civil Defense National Capital Region and the Joint Task Force National Capital Region of the Armed Forces of the Philippines (JTF NCR) recently joined hands to provide relief assistance to fire victims in Muntinlupa City.

OCD NCR Director Rodella Rosario Rodriguez and JTF NCR chief BGen Jimmy Larida PN(M) recently provided relief assistance to some 274 individuals who were relocated in Purok 1 Brgy. Alabang Elementary School Covered Court, Muntinlupa City due to a fire incident last January 17, 2024.

Muntinlupa City Mayor Ruffy Biazon personally received the relief assistance.

The coordinated response both from the national and local governments reflects the commitment to help and uplift the community in these challenging times. (JTF NCR/PIA-NCR)
