TARLAC CITY (PIA) -- A total of 12 micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) from the province of Tarlac joined the Ambiente Show 2024 in Frankfurt, Germany.

They displayed their locally-made products in a booth designed by architect Royal Pineda and funded by the provincial government.

Alona Sinsuat of Betis Crafts expressed her gratitude to Governor Susan Yap for the privilege of working and receiving support from the provincial government for the past three years.

“Because of this, we have been given the opportunity to participate here in Ambiente and without her assistance, each one of us would find it challenging due to associated expenses,” Sinsuat said.

Participating MSMEs include Red Slabs from Victoria; Oricon, SEMA and Betis Crafts from Concepcion; Pascasio Pottery and Woodinspirations Crafts from Sta. Ignacia; Pumice from Capas; Richver from Bamban; Car Ofel, Gracia Amor and Louriza Furniture from Tarlac City; and Northshine Lightings from Gerona.

In 2023, Department of Trade and Industry and the Provincial Cooperative and Enterprise Development Office trained existing and potential exporter MSMEs in negotiating with foreign buyers.

Ambiente is one of the world’s leading trade fairs for consumer goods that showcases a wide range of products including kitchen and household items, interior design, gifts and home accessories.

It attracts exhibitors and visitors from around the world, providing a platform for manufacturers, wholesalers and retailers to present and discover the latest trends and innovations in the consumer goods market.
