The SSF project is an initiative of DTI to help micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) acquire machinery, equipment, and tools to improve their productivity.

The collaboration marks the third joint project between DTI and Imavemco.

The initial project in 2015 involved the provision of P193,196.43 to the cooperative which was followed in 2023 by the provision of noodle production equipment worth nearly half a million pesos. (KSA/RVC/EDT/RBI/PIA9-Zamboanga Sibugay)
