Reynaldo Tobias, a 52 year old Balik Probinsya, Bagong Pag-asa Program beneficiary from the municipality of Sto. Tomas in Davao del Norte extended his gratitude to the participating agencies for the financial and livelihood assistance given to them.

Tobias was among the beneficiary of the BP2 Program implemented in Davao Region through the pilot province of Davao del Norte in the height of the pandemic last March 19, 2021.
