President Ferdinand R. Marcos raised a toast for the country’s tourism industry as he graced the Philippine Tourism Industry Convergence Reception at the SMX Convention Center in Pasay City on October 17, 2022.
Acknowledging how the industry can drive the country’s social and economic recovery in his keynote speech, the Chief Executive lauded the Department of Tourism (DOT) for its efforts that have been instrumental not only in formulating best policies, but also in determining better practices and best projects for the tourism industry.
