President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. visits the International Rice Research Institute (IRRI) Headquarters in Los Baños, Laguna on Tuesday, November 29.
As the Secretary of Agriculture, PBBM serves as an ex-officio member of the Board of Trustees of IRRI who directly oversees the initiatives of the organization, mainly conducting Rice Breeding Innovations and facilitating Sustainable Impact through Rice-based Systems.
