The President said the PDP is anchored on the 8-Point Socioeconomic Agenda of the Administration and sets a comprehensive roadmap for deep economic and social transformation to reinvigorate job creation, and accelerate poverty reduction by steering the economy towards high-growth path.

The PDP 2023 - 2028 also seeks to address medium and long-term issues to growth and constraints through actionable policies and programs, as well as legislative priorities.

In his speech, the President stressed that the plan represents not only our aspirations as a people but also our resolve to build a nation that we can all be truly proud.

He also vowed to enhance connectivity to facilitate greater movement of goods and services and to strengthen cooperation between the national and local governments and the private sector.

Pres. Marcos also emphasized that every part of society must be part of the PDP-led economic transformation.
