President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. leads another ceremonial groundbreaking of the ‘Legacy Residences Development Project’ in Naga City Following his attendance to the groundbreaking of Camarines Sur’s housing project under the Pambansang Pabahay Para sa Pilipino Housing (4PH) Program, on Thursday March 16, 2023.

According to the Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development (DHSUD), the said project plans to construct around 1,200 housing units situated in a 1.2-hectare area.  The plan includes seven (7) mid-rise buildings with 20 units in each floor and will be strategically located near the city proper.
