President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. leads the groundbreaking ceremony of the Pambansang Pabahay Para sa Pilipino Housing program in Pulilan, Bulacan on Wednesday, April 19, 2023.
This is the sixth 4PH project that broke ground in Bulacan today. Located at Mom's Ville Homeowners Association, the project will be initially composed of eight 10-story residential buildings with 1,920 housing units.
