PORT OF APARRI, Aparri, Cagayan -- To ensure that all of its personnel are well-informed of the knowledge necessary in providing quality public service, the Bureau of Customs Port of Aparri hosted a numerous webinars on July 2021.

The topics in the webinar series ranged from technical subjects related to customs mandates to welfare of internal stakeholders.

“Rules on Specific Description of Goods”, “Trade Facilitation and Valuation”, “Procedures on Liquidation and Billing”, “ARTA and Ease of Doing Business” and “Freeport Zone Operations” were some of the technical topics discussed by the subject experts from the BOC Interim Training and Development Division (ITDD).

On the other hand, webinars on “Mental Wellness” and “Financial Literacy” were spearheaded for internal stakeholders’ welfare.

The said Webinar Series are product of the continuing effort of the Bureau and the Aparri Port in triumphing its commitment to be a modernized Customs Administration that is among the world’s best.

The Port of Aparri, through this regular activity, will continue to enhance the engagement with both internal and external stakeholders as part of the BOC. (BOC)
