CAGAYAN DE ORO CITY (PIA)--The Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA)-10 was recognized by the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) as one of the 161 Outstanding BSP Stakeholders in 2021 during the Virtual BSP Stakeholders Appreciation Ceremony, July 30.
This year’s BSP Stakeholders Appreciation Ceremony, with the theme “Pagpupugay at Pagkilala sa Gitna ng Hamon ng Pandemya,” acknowledged the significant contributions of its stakeholders in achieving BSP objectives and mandates especially during the COVID-19 pandemic.
BSP Governor Benjamin Diokno expressed his gratitude to all the outstanding partners who have been anchors and pillars throughout the BSP journey. “Today, we give due recognition to partners who have gone beyond the call of duty in the name of service at the height of the global health crisis," Diokno said.
PSA-10 was one of the 11 Outstanding BSP Stakeholders in northern Mindanao. All the awardees received special tokens from the BSP namely – a limited edition and individually numbered BSP Art Plate by Philippine modernist artist Hugo Yonzon, Jr., a limited P500 silver commemorative coin and a letter of appreciation individually signed by BSP Gov.
