The Department of Science and Technology (DOST) held a week-long distribution of enhanced nutribuns for typhoon Odette victims in the province of Siquijor, reaching out not only to its project-assisted beneficiaries but even those communities which are deemed would-be grantees of its science and technology intervention.

On Jan. 12, 2022, DOST Siquijor Provincial Director Engr. Mario de la Peña together with his team distributed nutribuns to members of PCSCN Powder Soap Makers Association of Pangi, Siquijor and workers of Arrastre and Stevedoring Services of Seaside, Siquijor.

Pastor Braulie Duhaylungsod, president of PCSCN Powder Soap Makers Association, received the nutribuns on behalf of the members of his Christian church. 

On the other hand, Marner Samson, president of Arrastre and Stevedoring Services of Siquijor port, received the nutribuns on behalf of the members.

The recipients of the nutribuns thanked DOST for the nutribuns.
