MISAMIS ORIENTAL (PIA)—Police Regional Office (PRO)-10 Regional Director Benjamin Acorda Jr. commended the men and women of PRO-10 for the successful conduct of its one-day Simultaneous Anti-Criminality Law Enforcement Operations (SACLEO) highlighting the intensified campaign against loose firearms, arrest of 137 wanted persons, and anti-illegal drugs operations last May 31.

The operation implemented eight search warrants for Republic Act (RA) 9165 or the “Use of Dangerous Drugs Act” which resulted in the confiscation of more or less 6 grams of illegal substances with an estimated Standard Drug Price of PhP40,800 alongside five search warrants for RA 10591 or the "Comprehensive Firearms and Ammunition Regulation Act," which led to the seizure of six various unlicensed firearms.

Acorda expressed his gratitude to the public for supporting their fight against criminality and underscored that the success of the operation has resulted in a high morale boost for its organization.

“Our relentless police operations against all forms of criminality are nonstop and this accomplishment would not be possible if not all police officers are participating, especially the community,” he said. (PRO-10/PIA-10/Misamis Oriental)
