The momentous occasion celebrated the successes of the Dimalulupig troopers in support of the shared mission of attaining inclusive and sustainable peace and development in the province, with the highlight of the activity being the unveiling of the Harbingers' heart metal sculpture.

The Harbinger’s heart is a heart-shaped work of art that is made up of the demilitarized firearms from captured and surrendered firearms of the Communist Terrorist Groups (CTGs), which embodies the commitment of the 58IB, stakeholders, and former rebels of the Anlag-Ani Tapukanan Cooperative to creating a more peaceful and prosperous Misamis Oriental.
