CALAPAN CITY, Oriental Mindoro (PIA) -- Isinagawa ngayong ika-12 ng Oktubre ang Groundbreaking Ceremony para sa Calamansi Processing Facility ng Pakyas Rural Improvement Club (PARIC) at Coconut Processing Facility ng Bigaan Agrarian Reform Cooperative (BARCO) sa Victoria, Oriental Mindoro.

Ang proyektong pagpapatayo ng mga pasilidad na nabanggit ay bahagi ng inisyatibo ng Department of Trade and Industry, Provincial Government of Oriental Mindoro, Korea International Cooperation Agency, Global Green Growth Institute, at ng Philippine Climate Change Commission upang paunlarin ang value chain ng sektor ng agrikultura sa lalawigan ng Oriental Mindoro.

Kasama sa ginanap na seremonya sina DTI MIMAROPA Regional Director Joel B. Valera, DTI Oriental Mindoro Provincial Director Arnel E. Hutalla, Provincial Government of Oriental Mindoro Provincial Administrator Dr. Hubbert Christopher A. Dolor, Mayor Joselito C.
