MISAMIS ORIENTAL (PIA)--One person tagged as the number one most wanted person at the municipal level in Talisayan was arrested during the conduct of a joint manhunt operation in Barangay Lapasan, Cagayan de Oro City, January 31.
The tracker team of the 2nd Provincial Mobile Force Company (PMFC), led by Alpajino Dampal, together with the Philippine National Police (PNP) personnel of Talisayan MPS and the 2nd PMFC Misamis Occidental, successfully made the arrest of Wilbert Dalahay, a resident of P4 Brgy. Tagbocboc, Talisayan, Misamis Oriental.
Dalahay was arrested by virtue of a warrant of arrest for the crime of statutory rape (not bailable) docketed under Criminal Case No. F. C. 367-M (2022) dated January 13, 2023, with no bail bond recommended.
"I commend the operating personnel for a job well done in the implementation of LOI Manhunt Charlie, and I encourage the PNP personnel of this unit to continue its unwavering efforts to eradicate all forms of criminality within the province and keep on reinvigorating its anti-criminality campaign," 2nd PMFC Commander Mardy Hortillosa said.
