CAGAYAN DE ORO CITY (PIA)--Committed to the pursuit of moral excellence and service to farmers, the National Irrigation Administration (NIA)-10 convenes and discusses the status of irrigation development, project implementation, lined-up programs, projects, and activities for CY 2023.
The goal of the management conference is to clear up and give updates on the activities of the different irrigation management offices for the past and current calendar year, including backlogs, issues, and concerns that need to be addressed right away.
Regional Manager Engr. Leonila E. Tenestrante said that the agency's programs, projects, and activities are all based on irrigation infrastructure development, IAs capacity building, climate-smart IAs farming systems, strengthened management, governance, and monitoring and evaluation systems, capability upskilling of human resources, and strategic communication advocacy.
Presided over by Bukidnon Irrigation Management Office (BIMO) Division Manager Engr. Armando Arizala, the activity was attended by Regional Manager Leonila E. Tenestrante, Admin and Finance Division Manager Sharon Rose S. Baiza, and the NIA Core Management Team. (NIA-10/PIA-10)
