He added that MOELCI-II’s effort is commendable, so he challenged the cooperative to strive more, and he looks forward to hearing more about progress and contributions to the community in the future.

NEA Administrator Antonio Mariano C. Almeda lauded MOELCI-II for being one of the solid partners of NEA in the implementation of the Rural Electrification Program.

He also added that MOELCI-II, being one of the most reliable energy distributors, has provided the member-consumer owners (MCOs) with the chance to uplift the quality of their lives through better electricity service.

"Delivering our service is always expected, with various challenges that lie ahead on our path. Thus, MOELCI-II should be ready to take on a more expansive role in instituting proactive measures to further elevate your cooperative’s operational efficiency to meet the growing needs of your MCOs. I believe, with your firm commitment to light up the countryside, you will surpass your previous performance as you serve your electricity consumers in the best way possible", Almeda said.

Almeda also assured MOELCI-II that NEA will rally behind the cooperative’s legal and noble endeavors.

Board member Cebedo read the governor's message, which emphasized the importance of cooperation in the province's overall development.
Oaminal also expresses his paramount support to MOELCI-II’s contribution and efforts to promote sustainable energy in the province.
