ALMERIA, Biliran -- Mayor Richard D. Jaguros, together with officials from the Department of Agrarian Reform (DAR) Provincial Office, led the turnover ceremony of a community potable water sanitation hygiene (WASH) project in Sitio Villa, Brgy. Tamarindo, recently. The project was handed over to the Villa Rice Farmers Producers Associations (VIRPA) to improve water access and sanitation facilities in the area.
The event marked a significant milestone in the community's journey towards achieving better water sanitation and hygiene practices.
