CAGAYAN DE ORO CITY (PIA)--The Department of Agriculture-Regional Field Office (DA-RFO)-10, headed by Regional Executive Director Carlene C. Collado, turned over a total of 100 packets of vegetable seed (pinakbet and sinigang) in support of the National Housing Authority’s (NHA) integration program, July 12, 2023.

Together with Collado, HVCDP focal person Kersten S. Pagalan handed over said provisions to Engr. Homer T. Cezar, NHA officer-in-charge district manager for CdeO City, Misamis Oriental, and Camiguin, which are intended for the implementation of their Enhanced Comprehensive Local Integration Program (E-CLIP).

Cezar said the program aims to help individuals who have decided to abandon armed struggle and embrace a peaceful and productive life.

He added that the provided agricultural inputs will be distributed to the former rebels (FRs) in barangay Dansolihon.

Further, Cezar expressed his gratitude to DA-10 for the continuous support of the livelihood program for the FRs as they transition and eye to boost their income through urban gardening. (DA-10/PIA-10)
