CAGAYAN DE ORO CITY -- Revel in Northern Mindanao’s creative abundance at the Kahimunan Regional Trade Fair 2023 in SM City CDO Uptown on August 18-29, 2023. 

Organized by the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) Region 10, Kahimuman is an annual celebration that pays tribute to the region’s rich cultural heritage and bountiful harvest. It is a recognized core event by the City Government of Cagayan de Oro in celebration of the Higalaay Festival.  

This year’s Kahimunan 2023 Edition features over 50 MSMEs from Bukidnon, Camiguin, Lanao del Norte, Misamis Occidental, and Misamis Oriental. With a diverse array of over 100 products, the fair will predominantly highlight coffee, cacao, processed fruits, nuts, processed food, dairy, halal, health and wellness products, wearables, and homestyle products made from silk, abaca, bamboo, and indigenous materials.  

The trade fair also promises a special highlight on product champions and world-class creations. 

Featured events from DTI-10 provincial offices; cupping and brewing competition by the Coffee Cluster; 7Cs Agribusiness Forum; and business matching sessions with the Board of Investments (BOI), Oro Chamber, and other partners will additionally provide excitement to the trade fair.
