The Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA), in collaboration with the local government of Baco, successfully distributed Certificate of Live Birth in Security Paper (SECPA)  under the Philsys Birth Registration Assistance Project (PBRAP). This distribution occurred on December 6, 2023, benefitting PBRAP beneficiaries in Barangay Alag and Barangay Bangkatan.

Supervising Statistical Specialist Donna Marie D. Mobe and Registration Officer II Jomery Ann M. Navarro from PSA Oriental Mindoro spearheaded the activity, along with the help of Xryn Mortel, Project Manager of the Municipal Civil Registry Office of Baco.

This initiative aimed to provide the beneficiaries with crucial and secure documentation essential for legal and identification purposes.

The collaboration between PSA and the local government of Baco highlights a commitment to ensuring accurate and accessible birth documentation for every individual.
