The Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) Occidental Mindoro – Philippine Identification System (PhilSys) remains committed to ensuring successful registration for residents of the Province.

In its bid to achieve this goal, PSA established three different Fixed Registration Centers (FRC) at Mamburao Fixed Registration Center – located at Baby A Space Rental, Niebres St. Barangay 7, Mamburao, Occidental Mindoro; Sablayan Fixed Registration Center – located at Sablayan Municipal building in front of the Municipal Civil Registry; and San Jose Fixed Registration Center – located at San Jose Municipal Compound.

As part of its strategy to reach out to unregistered individuals, PSA also launched PhilSys-on-Wheels.

PhilSys-on-Wheels targets unregistered individuals residing at far-flung sitios, such as Indigenous Peoples (IPs), who are not familiar with the national identification system, and those who have no access to the fixed registration centers.

PSA also conducts PhilSys-on-wheels in Geographically Isolated and Disadvantaged areas (GIDA).

Meanwhile, the PhilSys registration team provided more efficient and convenient service by putting up a co-location site at the newly opened PSA- Civil Registration Serbilis (CRS) Outlet. It is found at Caringal Building, National Highway  in the town of Mamburao, bringing the PSA Civil registration services and PhilSys services to one site.
