Calamba town to get socialized housing project from 4PH program

CALAMBA, Misamis Occidental (PIA) -- The Municipality of Calamba witnessed the groundbreaking ceremony of the Pambansang Pabahay para sa Pilipino (4PH) Program, a construction of 175 affordable housing units that consist of five buildings with six stories each. 
This project was initiated under the administration of President Bongbong Marcos and facilitated by the Department of Housing Settlements and Urban Development.

The groundbreaking ceremony signaled the beginning of Green Hills Village, a socialized housing project that will soon become the new homes of Misamisnons. Located in the heart of Calamba, this initiative is a testament to the commitment of the national government to provide quality housing for Filipinos.

Under the visionary leadership of Working Governor Henry Sevilla Oaminal Sr., the project aligns with the aspirations of Asenso Misamis Occidental. Governor Oaminal emphasized the importance of fulfilling the dreams and goals of the people, ensuring that every resident experiences a substantial improvement in their quality of life.

The Green Hills Village socialized housing project is deeply rooted in the 5Ms developmental thrust of the province, aiming to bring prosperity to every Misamisnon.

The project comprises five buildings, each standing at six stories, contributing to the province's commitment to creating inclusive and sustainable communities.
