Every December, we observe National Children’s Broadcasting Day which is based on Republic Act No. 8296. Television influences social, intellectual, moral, and cultural behavior as well as the development of a person or a child. TV networks carry the responsibility of producing shows and programs that are beneficial to the whole society.
