By investing in people and prioritizing education the United Nations aim to create an educational transformation across the globe at the International Day of Education 2023.

Together with 133 nations, the UN launched a call to actions that are believed to lead the change in education.

Meanwhile, the International Cooperation Office (ICO) of the PHL's Department of Education is taking part in this development of achieving gender equality in education and breaking the cycle of poverty that is leaving millions of children, youth and adults behind especially in the Philippines.
