The Civil Service Commission (CSC) is gearing up to celebrate a historic milestone as the 123rd Civil Service Anniversary approaches this September.
The PCSA celebration is pursuant to the Presidential Proclamation No. 1050, series of 1997 signed by the late President Fidel Valdez Ramos declaring the month of September as Civil Service Month.
