Six schools in LDN now ready for pilot F2F classes

TUBOD, Lanao del Norte (PIA)--After weeks of preparation, the six schools in the province are now ready for the pilot limited face-to-face classes (F2F) starting Nov. 15. 

Rodeoscita Anne Pancipanci, school principal of Marcela T. Mabanta National High School in Kauswagan town, said they are set for the kick-off of the limited F2F classes for their Senior High School students. 

“We are ready to implement the limited face-to-face classes starting Nov 15. There are a lot of preparations that we made,” she said. 

Meanwhile, Princess Ivy Clemen, a teacher from Babalaya Elementary School in Bacolod town, said they conducted an orientation for the parents of their students from Kindergarten to Grade 3. She also said that the pupils who are part of the F2F classes underwent medical check-up.

[They underwent a medical check-up. And those who are physically fit were chosen.]

Clemen said that the barangay local government unit of Babalaya also assisted in constructing cubicles or barriers for the classrooms.

The school principal of Napo Elementary School in Linamon municipality Gloria Cańete said the classrooms are now ready as well as the teachers.

The Office of Civil Defense Region 10 recently turned over some COVID-19 essential items to these three schools. Other schools include Dalama Central Elementary School in Baroy, Tambacon Integrated School in Magsaysay, and Masibay Integrated School in Nunungan town. (LELA/PIA Lanao del Norte)
