The 4Ps initiative, which aims to reduce poverty, provides grants to extremely impoverished households, focusing on improving their health, nutrition, and education.

Natividad Yator, a 48-year-old mother of three from Bulatok, Pagadian, expressed gratitude for the 4Ps program. Since joining in 2011, 4Ps supported her children's education from elementary to college. Today, her eldest daughter is a licensed Marine Engineer, while the other two are pursuing higher education. Natividad commended the program and pledged to continue assisting the City Link during Family Development Sessions (FDS), showing her commitment to giving back.    

During the graduation ceremony, Honorable Mayor Sammy Co pledged his support and provided 25-kilo-sack of rice, to each graduating household as a gesture of assistance for their sustainability. He also committed 60 million pesos to women's livelihood programs, emphasizing the importance of sustaining their improved well-being.

Several partner stakeholders from government agencies were also present and pledged their support to the graduating 4Ps households, ensuring the continuation of their enhanced standard of living. These commitments were made during the ceremony, which celebrated the beneficiaries' accomplishments and highlighted the ongoing dedication to their welfare and progress.
