ILPI launches mobile app to enhance customer experience

ILIGAN CITY (PIA)--The Iligan Light and Power Inc. (ILPI) has unveiled a user-centric mobile app, aiming to transform the customer experience.

This versatile app, available on both Android and Apple devices, simplifies how users engage with their utility services.

The ILPI mobile app comes equipped with essential features such as a personalized user experience, 24/7 information access, a seamless registration process, an informative dashboard, real-time payment posting, and an appliance calculator, among others.

Customers with multiple ILPI accounts can conveniently link them within the app while maintaining authorization controls. They can also easily review their transaction history and access billing statements.

The app sends notifications for scheduled and unexpected power outages in the city. Users can also report power-related incidents quickly and efficiently through the app.

ILPI's Information and Communication Technologies Unit Manager, Clear Sardoncillo, emphasized the company's commitment to innovation and a brighter future for its customers.

“Today marks a significant moment as we launch this mobile application that represents our unwavering dedication to innovation and a shared vision for a brighter future,” she said.

Meanwhile, Jeffre Opema, operations unit manager and spokesperson for ILPI, highlighted that the app's development involved extensive testing and feedback from their customers, ensuring that it met their needs effectively.

“Target namo dili lang ang customer. Bisan estudyante ka, senior citizen o unsa ka man nga sector sa community, pwede ka makadownload sa app. Manotify ka kung adunay emergency or schedule interruption, makatabang ka og report og unsay nakita nga problema sa linya ni Iligan Light [Our target is not just the customers. The ILPI mobile app's user-friendly interface and diverse features make it accessible to residents of Iligan City across all age groups and sectors of the community, from students to senior citizens.
