BAYOMBONG, Nueva Vizcaya (PIA) - - Four local government units in the province have been recognized by the Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) as included in the Top 10 Performers in Cagayan Valley.
Engr. Elma Urbina, DILG provincial director said the local government units who did well during the First Semester of this year received the ‘Subaybayan’ Award.
The awardees were LGU of Dupax Del Sur (7th Place) with a compliance rating of 99.11%; LGU of Kasibu (6th Place) with a 99.31% compliance rating; LGU of Alfonso Castañeda (4th Place) with a 99.71% compliance rating and LGU Solano (1st Place) with a 100% compliance rating.
“We are proud of the performance of our LGUs in the province. Let us sustain our performance that will benefit our constituents,” she said.
Urbina said the award recognizes the notable accomplishments of local government units in updating the status of their Locally-Funded Project (LFPs) through the The SubayBAYAN online monitoring system.
She said the Project Monitor for Provision of Technical Assistance and Effective Response (PROMPTER), a web-page tool published through Google sheets that aids regional and provincial executives as well as program managers and cluster heads in monitoring CY 2019-2021 LFP implementation will also be used for LGU’s performance.
