President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. once again joins Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development (DHSUD) Secretary Jose Rizalino Acuzar in groundbreaking another housing project located at Barangay Caingin in the Municipality of San Rafael on Wednesday, on April 19, 2023.

The project forms part of the DHSUD’s Pambansang Pabahay Para sa Pilipino Housing (4PH) Program that aims to build one million housing units annually in fulfillment of the Administration’s commitment to create more homes for Filipinos in different parts of the country and address the housing backlog pegged at more than 6.5 million units.
