Cualoping III discusses among the youth the importance of PIA's #ExplainExplainExplain as a tool or platform to promote the programs of the government and enlighten the Filipino citizenry especially on the fight against the new COVID-19 variants like Delta, and how the youth can help and partner with the agency in fulfilling its mission to provide timely, accurate and relevant information.

"You, the youth, must act as a gateway of information for people's consumption. You are active media creators and producers. As I said a while ago, you are digital natives," Cualoping said during the Voice of the Youth (VOTY) Virtual Media Summit, in celebration of the International Youth Day 2021 on August 12.
