The Philippine Information Agency promotes a gender-fair and inclusive community by launching a Gender and Development Corner at the PIA Lobby, Quezon City on September 11, 2023.


PIA Director-General Jose A. Torres Jr. and the Executive Directorate led the ribbon-cutting and opening of the Corner to the public.
The PIA GAD Corners aims to expand the understanding and awareness of everyone with the ultimate objective of promoting equality toward societal development.


Representatives from the Presidential Broadcast Service - Bureau of Broadcast Services, Philippine News Agency, PTV, and APO Production Unit, Inc. also attended the event.
